Linda most recently directed leadership programs at the Snelling Center for Government in Burlington Vermont. Previously, she served as Associate Director for Peace Corps/Thailand, responsible for the country's health projects and the volunteers involved in them. In 2004, Linda launched Montpelier to Thailand, a program that engages, annually, a group of teenagers in a year of activities that prepare them for a village home-stay in Northeast Thailand. Observing the power of these experiences, for all involved, she launched Sweet Mango Tours, a small company offering meaningful travel and service opportunities in Southeast Asia. She lives with her two children in both central Vermont and in northeast Thailand.
Walking or running with her wild dog, cooking and eating with her kids, wandering the world, wondering with friends, and spending time with a great historical novel or adventure story.
